This book walks you through the six pillars: eating healthy, primarily plant-based food, restorative sleep, stress management, physical activity, avoiding risky behavior, fostering positive social connections, spiritual well-being, and much more. It is concise and tightly packed with know-how concerning our health. It reveals a balanced diet, gut health, proteins, sugar, supplements, oil, and opens your eyes to how toxic cosmetics, oil, and sugar can be.
